FAQs
We look for people who are curious, collaborative, and adaptable. Many of us come from project management, communications, governance, or organizational change backgrounds—and we also value unique skills that complement our work and strengthen our team. Experience working with all levels of government and with Indigenous Nations is especially valuable, as many of our projects involve building strong, respectful relationships across diverse communities and organizations.
Not at all. While many of us have our PMP, are working towards it, or have taken project management training, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to grow in this field. For director-level or senior operational roles, a PMP designation is required to ensure the level of expertise needed to lead complex projects and teams.
We believe in ongoing learning. Team members are supported in pursuing professional certifications, training, mentorship, and project opportunities that help them develop their skills and advance their careers. In addition, 4% of company time is dedicated specifically to professional growth opportunities, ensuring that learning is built into how we work—not just something extra.
Yes! We’re always open to connecting with people who share our values and bring skills that complement our work. Even if there aren’t current opportunities posted, we welcome you to reach out and introduce yourself—you may be a great fit for future projects or roles.
Our projects range from communications and community engagement initiatives to governance improvements and organizational change. Much of our work involves co-management and co-governance frameworks with Indigenous communities, projects with all levels of government, and partnerships with industry. At the heart of these projects is building strong relationships and trust, ensuring collaboration and meaningful impact.
